Maids
The Maids, an American garage punk band from Berkley, California, was established in 1977 and disbanded in 1979. They are best known for their DIY single "Back to Bataan" with "I Do I Do," which has become legendary among punk rock fans and record collectors. The single features raw driving music and was released by the band's own label, Anemic Records. The record has since become a sought-after item, with many copies having no insert and the most commonly found being the "Cake" insert.  The band's story and the single's legacy continue to be discussed and celebrated by fans and musicians alike
